Biography

Dr Hicham El Moussaoui holds a Ph.D. in economics at the University Paul Cézanne (Aix-Marseille III). He is currently professor of Economics at University of Sultan Moulay Slimane (Morocco). He has specialized in the study of cooperation issues, public policies and their impact on incentives, as well as the role of institutions in the development process, particularly in Arab and African countries. Hicham is the editor of the project www.libreafrqiue.org for the promotion of democracy, inclusive economic development and defending human rights and freedom in francophone Africa. He is a regular consultant of several African newspapers, radios and magazines to comment on economic news.
